Our department serves oncology patients and their families with the same mission and philosophy to help them and provide best care possible during their hardships and fighting against cancer. We offer tertiary center expertise in out-patient setting for patients convenience.

Department of Radiation Oncology offers all treatment options of radiotherapy with the latest medical equipment and technology. We offer IMRT technology, 3-D conformal treatment, HDR and LDR brachytherapy through ACMC, Stereotactic radiosurgery and soon Cyberknife again through Advocate Christ Medical Center. Currently, High Tech is the only outpatient facility in the southwest area to operate a multi-row, multi-detector, helical CT scanner (GE LightSpeed). This FDA-approved scanner completes a scan in one breath hold with reduced radiation exposure, and produces enhanced quality CT images.

Most major insurance plans and managed care plans (HMOs and PPOs) in addition to Medicare are accepted. Parking is free and provides easy access to physically challenged patients who have special needs.
